From the service
to the storefront.

Electrical construction for new spaces, renovations and operating locations. We coordinate the work with your plans, field conditions and construction schedule.

01

Retail & Tenant Build-Outs

Electrical installations for new stores and commercial tenant spaces, from conduit and branch circuits to receptacles and final connections. We coordinate sales-floor, stockroom and storefront requirements with the general contractor and other trades.

02

Lighting & Controls

Sales-floor, display, decorative and back-of-house lighting, including switching, dimming and scheduled controls. We coordinate fixture requirements and installation details with your design team, suppliers and owner-provided lighting package.

03

Service & Power Distribution

Panels, feeders, transformers, disconnects and grounding for commercial electrical systems. We address the connection between the building's available service and the tenant's requirements, with utility coordination and planned shutdowns when the scope requires them.

04

Hospitality & Equipment Power

Electrical work for dining, service and support areas, including lighting and equipment circuits. We coordinate disconnects and final electrical connections with kitchen-equipment suppliers, mechanical contractors and the broader construction team.

05

Remodels, Refreshes & Service

Lighting updates, circuit modifications, sign-power work and troubleshooting in existing commercial locations. Access, shutdowns and after-hours work are planned around the needs of each store and the requirements of the property.

06

Coordination & Electrical Closeout

Field coordination with the general contractor, inspectors, utilities and suppliers. We work through electrical punch items, testing, labeling and final connections so the assigned electrical scope can be reviewed and closed out.

Exact scope and fixture supply are confirmed for each project.

Texas roots. Commercial focus.

We work with general contractors, owners and project teams on the electrical systems behind stores, dining spaces and specialty commercial environments. Our work brings together power distribution, lighting, equipment connections and the field coordination each location requires.

We know the details matter: a fixture that matches the drawings, a shutdown coordinated around store operations, and electrical work ready for inspection. From scope review through installation and closeout, our approach is straightforward—clear communication, practical problem-solving and attention to the work. Our project history includes national retail brands, repeat general-contractor relationships and work at multiple locations.
